Yes, of course we will yoga but don't worry if yoga isn't your thing - you can participate as much or as little as you wish.
Beach volleyball, surfing, SUP, horseback riding, volcano hike, swimming pool, bar & hammock deck right by the ocean ... all available to you ... on some of the most pristine beach on the Pacific.
The resort itself if on one of the most pristine beaches I have ever seen, with endless surf & sand & sun. An ocean fed estuary is within walking distance. Experience 2 yoga decks, horseback riding, volcano hikes, SUP & kayak, turtle hatchery (on site), beach volleyball, swimming pool - and an amazing staff at Monty's waiting to greet you with open arms!
Klara & Kelly - along with Monty, our host - will lead you thru hatha, vinyasa, supported alignment, restorative, pranayama and meditation.
My friend, Donald Montgomery (www.montysbeachlodge) has truly taken "giving back" to the next level and made "voluntoursim" fun and meaningful.

A service trip - combined with yoga and fun in the sun, make this retreat unique and above & beyond magical! As part of our stay we will give back by sponsoring various community projects

While we encourage you to join in the yoga and activities - as a guest - you are welcome to participate in the yoga, activities and community service as much - or as little - as you want.
Accommodation & 3 meals/day are included (vegetarian & vegan options available)
Prices are based on single, double, or triple occupancy. Prices range from $1500-$2000 Canadian plus taxes for adults, $500 per child for 7 days - includes contributions to our chosen community projects.
Please note - flights are not included.

Jan. 30 & back to airport on Feb. 6 is included.
(if your flights do not correspond to the group shuttle, you'll be responsible for your own ground transportation)
Complete Packages start at $1500 Can plus GST - include meals & accommodations - include yoga & meditation, group activities, and community projects
NOT included: airfare, optional tips ($5 per day is recommended), surf lessons, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, volcano hikes (can be arranged upon arrival)

Deposit is refundable until October 1, 2020 - less 15% cancellation fee.
Full balance is due by November 15, 2020
